I’ve just found an email in my inbox from ages ago from my housemate, with the subject ‘Your man + our house = win’, and this video attached xD So, in the spirit of sharing, here’s her clip of Benedict and Martin getting out of a taxi in front of our old house (which isn’t really in Brixton, surprise surprise) from the pilot episode.

They actually filmed our street for the pilot before we moved in, and then re-shot it for ASiP while we were living there. That was an all-night shoot, 7pm until 6am, and although Martin had been there the entire time, by 4am there was still no sign of Benedict. I gave up waiting for him, thinking that if he were coming, he’d surely be there by now, so he couldn’t be, and I went to bed. It still hurts me to think what a mistake that was. FUCK. MY. LIFE.
