Vote him higher because at the moment a lot want him lower
No tough choice for me this time. BC ftw!
Me either. But this just may be our biggest hurdle yet ;)
Then I shall reblog this everyday
Sherlock and Benedict Cumberbatch are nominated in the TV Choice Awards! Vote for Best Drama Series and Best Actor [HERE]! Make sure you click all the way to the end and hit submit for your votes to count. Voting closes on July 13th.
Cruel BBC America
They’re doing this on purpose. I bet the final would be Benedict vs. Hiddleston. Bleh.
Vote in Anglophenia’s Anglo Fan Favorites!
Last round, Tennant took out his Time Lord successor Matt Smith in Round 2, while Benedict swallowed up Robert Pattinson. This is a re-match of our third-place battle from last year, in which Tennant beat the the Batch for bronze. But in 2011, Cumberbatch Fever was just starting to simmer; now it’s a full-on inferno. Can Tennant’s Doctor Who fanbase be enough to see their hero through to the semis?
There’s been so many polls I’m not sure this one has had that much attention.
You can vote for Benedict under Hottest Actor and Sherlock under Hottest TV Show. Tinker Tailor also crops up under Hottest film and the Hobbit under Hottest Trailer.
Please vote for Benedict.
VOTE IN THE ANGLO FAN FAVORITES TOURNAMENT, THE MEN OF 2012
In 2011, 32 of the most popular male stars from across the pond competed for the first annual Anglo Fan Favorites title. After five weeks of battling it out, a champion was named: revered British actor Alan Rickman, who routed Colin Firth in the final and towered over a field of younger, “hipper” upstarts.
Will the Rickmaniacs lift their icon to a second straight title? Or might Benedict Cumberbatch, David Tennant, Doctor Who‘s Matt Smith present a challenge for him? And now that we’ve opened up the competition to those outside the TV and movie world, can One Direction‘s mobilized fans carry their boys to victory?
Rules for this second annual tournament remain the same: in our quest to name the Anglophile fan favorite of 2012, we’re pitting 32 British (and a few Irishmen with London cred) against each other in an epic fan voting tournament.
Each week you’ll vote for winners in a set of matchups, whittling down the field until there is one man standing — the Champion.
This Summer of London is more than long jumps and high dives: when the dust settles THE Man of 2012 will be crowned. Shout from the rooftops, inspire your fellow fans, and most importantly VOTE! Round 1 voting ends Wednesday at 11 am ET.
Benedict’s been short listed for Total Film’s Hottest Actor and Sherlock under Hottest Series. Tinker Tailor has also made the short list under Hottest film.
